About this VegasNow review site
Who we are, how we test, what we earn from, and how to flag a fact that's wrong.
This site is an independent editorial review of VegasNow for Australian players. It's published by an editorial team that opens funded accounts at every operator we cover, plays through the welcome bonus on a real-money deposit, tests withdrawals end-to-end, and updates facts whenever the operator changes terms. We are not operated by VegasNow.
How we review casinos
Every casino we cover goes through the same six-step methodology: 1) registration test — time the signup, KYC turnaround, account-creation friction; 2) deposit test — try every advertised AU rail with a small (A$30–A$50) deposit, log fees and timing; 3) bonus claim — opt into the welcome offer, document the bonus terms as enforced (not just as advertised), and play through wagering on qualifying titles; 4) withdrawal test — cash out a small balance via at least two rails, log time to credit; 5) support test — open three different support tickets at varied AEST hours, log response time and quality; 6) library audit — verify the pokie count and provider mix matches what's advertised, spot-check RTP against studio defaults.
We re-run the deposit and withdrawal tests every six months. If terms or speed change materially, we update the page and add a 'last updated' note. We do not change positive coverage to negative under operator pressure, and we don't change negative coverage to positive in exchange for higher commission.
Affiliate disclosure
Links from this site to VegasNow are tracked affiliate links. If you sign up and play, we may earn a commission from the operator. This commission does not change what you pay, what bonus terms you get, or what we say in this review. It is the only way the site is funded.
We refuse paid placement, paid positive reviews, and paid removal of negative coverage. Where an operator has substantively changed for the better or worse since our last review, we update the page regardless of commercial impact.
Corrections, contact, complaints
If a fact on this site is wrong, email editor@vegasnowgoau.com with the URL and the correction. We respond within 3 business days and update the page if the correction checks out. For complaints about an operator (delayed withdrawal, T&C dispute, account closure) we can occasionally help raise the issue with the operator directly, but we are not a regulator and have no enforcement power. The Curaçao licence holder's dispute resolution path is the formal mechanism — VegasNow's licence number and dispute contact are on their footer.
Frequently asked questions
-
Who runs this site?
An independent Australian editorial team. We don't disclose individual editor names to keep them out of operator marketing-list scraping; the team is reachable at editor@vegasnowgoau.com.
-
Are reviews ever sponsored?
No. We don't accept paid placement, sponsored reviews, or paid removal of negative coverage.
-
How often do you update reviews?
Material updates within a week of an operator changing T&Cs we've documented. Full re-review every 6 months.
-
Can I trust the bonus terms shown here?
We mirror the operator's published terms at review time. Always cross-check against the live cashier before claiming — operators do change terms.
-
How do I report a problem with the operator?
First, contact VegasNow support directly. If unresolved after 14 days, file with the Curaçao licence holder. We can occasionally help escalate but have no enforcement power.
